This needs to be stop. I see by binging this number there are many people complaining about the same thing with different officer names.

Phone Number Report: Private number on caller id left a message on the answering machine looking for my father in law with our address - said he had papers to deliver and could verify our address and place of employment and if we didn't call within 24 hours to this 888 number that there would be issues. Mentioned clerk in there but hard to hear any more. Called the 888 number in the evening and the answering maching had NCH on it. This is the second phone call - the first we talked to and wouldn't give us any info even though we told them that we were not who they were looking for - they said that we could be held responsible if we dont get him to call in 24 hours - that was about a month ago

Phone Number Report: Unfortunatly survey/market reserch companies may call. Thease companies are allowed by the federal Trade Commission FTC I.E government to conduct reserch. The kind that pisses us off. They use a tactic of an auto dialer and it normaly will hang up when you ansewer. Now guess who pays the long distance fees for their reserch? Because we ask them so stop calling and do not feed into their calling they tell us they will remove our number but they don't. It is ironic for a reserch company to not comunicate. They don't do much reserch and for minimum wage I unerstand why, I don't agree with the hang ups and I wish I could call them back at their exspense. They don't accept the reverse charges.
