A message was left regarding a case and if I didn't act on it that a civil lawsuit would be filed against me and to call back with a case number. A lady by the name of Kelly left this message and told me to ask for a Karen Jensen. I called back and thats how I received this information. I put my number on the due not call list because its fraud. Well this is the catch..they called my parents which I never list them down as emergency contact they don't even live in California. My mom calls me and gives me the same info. I checked on line abou this company and phone number and this is total FRAUD!!! I had to call my mother back so she would stop freaking out..I had her number removed as well. DONT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY!!! They just want your money..

She said her name, and asked if I was so and so, I said you have only given me your name and I can't verify that, you are calling me and you have not identified where you are calling from. She said because of privacy reasons she could not tell me until I told her if was so and so. I said you can put it in the mail. She said are you so and so, and I said I still don't know who you are. Think about it, I could make up any name and say I'm so and so and would that protect my privacy, She could say her name was any name and I couldn't verify it, so why would I talk to a stranger on the phone, it is like talking to a stranger on the street and they are going to ask you anything they want to, no way, she should tell me what company and give me a 800 number to call back to verify them. I hate calls like these!
